Ordering and Delivery
Paladin offer a 14 day lead time from order date for custom painted orders and 21 days for polished orders. Wherever possible the Paladin Team will try and get an order to you as soon as possible if your lead time is short. All Paladin cast iron radiators are custom built to your requirements and pressure tested before delivery. Once your customised order is near completion our Paladin Team will contact you via email or
telephone to organise a convenient delivery date with you.

If you are planning your installation some months ahead and wish to place an order, we will store your order and deliver to coordinate with your plumbing installation. This service will safeguard availability problems and avoid disappointment if we
temporarily run out of stock and also allows you to take advantage of any current discount offers available upon order.
Paladin deliver cast iron radiators worldwide. Delivery is free of charge if your order is over £1000 excluding VAT if you are on mainland Britain. Export orders are quoted for delivery once we have the size and weight of the order, we then organise shipping to your destination.
